Lawrence Melton is Managing Member of TBP&JJ Worldwide Services and the CEO and President of The Building People. With over 25 years of Federal Executive Service, Lawrence established The Building People in 2012 and Northbound Solutions in 2017. These enterprises found early success in their global reach to drive greater efficiency, investment, and performance for their clients. Lawrence is recognized globally as an expert in Facilities Management, Smart Buildings and Asset Management, and continues to serve on multiple Boards and Associations.  He is the International Facilities Management Sector Chair for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as an RICS Fellow and leads teams across the globe tackling complex real estate and facilities management issues facing commercial, institutions, and public sectors.

Steve Kelley is Managing Member of TBP&JJ Worldwide Services serves as the CEO/President of J&J Worldwide Services, responsible for the company’s controlled growth in sustaining a World-Class Company providing diversified services to U.S. Government military customers. He started out as a Maintenance Mechanic at Whiteman AFB, MO in May of 1991 and brings more than 28 years of institutional knowledge in Government services contracting. During many of these years, Steve worked for partner companies where he established numerous Joint Venture (JV) agreements, with J&J Worldwide Services participating as a key member. He joined J&J Worldwide Services in 2008 as the Vice President of Business Development in Oak Grove, KY before being appointed to CEO/President in 2019.
