The written letter of intent to award procurement to TBP&JJ Worldwide Services should be emailed to SBA Washington Metropolitan Area District Office at: dcofferletters@sba.gov with a copy to Joseph Wilson, our SBA Business Opportunity Specialist at joseph.wilson@sba.gov. You may also contact Mr. Wilson directly by telephone at (202) 205-7315 or by mail at SBA Washington Metropolitan Area District Office, 409 3rd Street, SW, 2nd Floor, Washington, DC 20416.
Please include the following in the letter: A description of the work to be performed. An estimated period of performance.The NAICS code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition. The anticipated dollar value of the requirement, including options, if any. The type of contract to be awarded, such as firm fixed price, cost reimbursement, or time and materials. Identification of any specific Participant (TBP&JJ Worldwide Services) that the procuring activity contracting officer nominates for the award of a sole-source 8(a) contract, if appropriate, including a brief justification for the nomination, such as one of the following: TBP&JJ Worldwide Services, through its own efforts, marketed the requirement and caused it to be reserved for the 8(a) Program. The type of contract to be awarded, such as firm fixed price, cost reimbursement, or time and materials.The acquisition history, if any, of the requirement.
STEP 4: Either an SBA delegated contract or a three-party agreement is signed within 3 days of receipt. (Sec 124.508(a-c))
STEP 5: Agency receives proposal from TBP&JJ Worldwide Solutions, negotiates cost, and makes award.
